Cancellation & Refund Policy
JAL ALNADAA RENT A CAR values customer transparency. Below are the legal parameters governing reservation cancellations, online deposit processing, and refund fulfillment.
1. Booking Cancellation Rules
We understand that schedules can change. To qualify for a refund, cancellations must be requested within the specific timeframes outline below:
- Free Cancellation (100% Refund): Bookings cancelled 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled vehicle pickup date and time are eligible for a complete refund of the prepaid amount.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Bookings cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the rental start time will incur an administrative cancellation charge equivalent to one day's full rental rate.
- Non-Refundable Window: Any cancellation submitted with less than 24 hours remaining until the pickup time is entirely non-refundable.
- No-Show Rule: Failure to arrive at the designated location to pick up the vehicle at the agreed-upon time without prior notice will automatically classify the transaction as a "No-Show" and no refund will be rendered.
2. Early Return Refunds
If a customer returns the rented vehicle earlier than the designated drop-off expiration date specified in the legal rental agreement, JAL ALNADAA RENT A CAR is not contractually obligated to return or refund any unused rental days, hours, or promotional daily packages.
3. Secure Payment Gateway Refund Execution
To adhere fully to global payment card regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) directives, all transactions must follow strict refund protocols:
- Refunds can ONLY be remitted back to the original Credit or Debit card utilized during the initial checkout process. We cannot issue cash or alternative electronic transfers for online card payments.
- Once approved, refunds are processed immediately from our side. Due to international banking networks and issuing financial institution policies, please allow 7 to 14 business days for the funds to reflect back onto your card balance.
4. Security Deposit Pre-Authorization Cancellation
Please note that security deposit holds are executed as a "Pre-Authorization" (temporary hold) and are not a captured sale transaction. Upon safe return of the vehicle and confirmation that no pending traffic fine, toll crossing (Salik), or damage has occurred, the hold is removed by our gateway. The actual return of that credit ceiling to your card view is strictly under your bank's control, typically requiring 14 to 21 working days.
