Refund & Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their booking according to the following terms:
Cancellations made 7 to 14 days or more before the scheduled pickup date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the pickup date are non-refundable.
Same-day, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows are strictly non-refundable.
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
JAL ALNADAA RENT CAR reserves the right to deduct any administrative or transaction fees where applicable.
