Refund & Cancellation Policy

At JAL ALNADAA RENT CAR, we strive to provide a seamless and luxurious rental experience for all our clients in Dubai. To ensure clarity and protect both our customers and our company, we have established the following detailed Refund and Cancellation Policy.


1. Refund Eligibility

Customers may cancel their booking 7 to 14 days before the scheduled pickup date to receive a full refund of the rental amount paid. This allows us to manage our fleet efficiently while giving our clients flexibility in planning their rentals.

Full refunds will only apply if:

  • The cancellation is made in writing via our official channels (email, website, or WhatsApp).
  • The booking is confirmed and paid in advance.
  • No additional services or add-ons have been consumed prior to cancellation.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Bookings cancelled less than 7 days before pickup, including same-day cancellations, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows, are strictly non-refundable.

This policy ensures that high-demand luxury vehicles remain available for other clients and protects the company against last-minute losses.

Non-refundable cases also apply to:

  • Partial use of the vehicle before cancellation.
  • Special promotional offers that are marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.

Please note:

  • Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary depending on the client’s bank or card issuer.
  • Administrative or transaction fees incurred during the original payment may be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
  • Refunds are only issued to the original payer and cannot be transferred to a third party.

4. Booking Amendments

Clients may request changes to their booking, such as:

  • Modifying pickup or drop-off dates.
  • Changing the vehicle model (subject to availability).
  • Adding additional services (chauffeur, GPS, child seat, etc.).

All booking amendments must be:

  • Requested at least 7 days in advance.
  • Subject to approval based on vehicle availability and pricing differences.
  • Confirmed in writing via official channels.

Please note that requests made less than 7 days before pickup may be treated as a cancellation under our non-refundable policy.


5. Special Conditions for Luxury & Supercars

Given the exclusive nature of our fleet, including supercars, sports cars, and premium SUVs, the following additional conditions apply:

  • Bookings for vehicles in high-demand periods (holidays, special events) may require a longer advance notice for refunds.
  • Certain promotional packages or discounted luxury rentals may be non-refundable, clearly stated at the time of booking.
  • Customers are encouraged to review the terms carefully before confirming their booking.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure eligibility for refunds or amendments, customers must:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal information, including valid ID and driving license.
  • Notify the company via official channels in case of cancellation or amendments.
  • Comply with all Terms & Conditions, including vehicle use, insurance, fuel policy, and fines responsibilities.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in loss of refund eligibility.
