Terms & Conditions

By using our website or renting a vehicle from JAL ALNADAA RENT CAR, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Driver Requirements

  • Renters must be at least 21 years old; 25 years or older for supercars and luxury vehicles.
  • A valid driving license is required. International visitors must provide a passport and international driving permit if needed.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment, depending on the vehicle.
  • Prices are subject to availability and seasonal changes.

3. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.
  • The deposit will be returned after inspection of the vehicle for damages, fines, toll charges (Salik), or violations.

4. Vehicle Use

  • Vehicles must not be used for racing, off-road driving, illegal activities, or subleasing.
  • Smoking inside the car is strictly prohibited.

5. Insurance

  • Basic insurance is included with all rentals.
  • Renters are responsible for excess charges unless additional coverage is purchased.

6. Traffic Fines & Toll (Salik)

  • Renters are fully responsible for traffic fines, Salik charges, and any penalties incurred during the rental period.

7. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at the start of the rental.

8. Late Returns

  • Late returns may result in additional hourly or daily charges.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Customers may cancel bookings 7–14 days before pickup for a full refund.
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before pickup, same-day cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable.

10. Liability

  • JAL ALNADAA RENT CAR is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.

11. Policy Changes

  • JAL ALNADAA RENT CAR reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
